Sited among carefully tended lawns, the St. Andrews Village Retirement
Community has a true neighborly feeling. Yet it was carefully planned to
allow for plenty of privacy. The cottages are built to the highest standards
and are distinguished by such exceptional design elements as 9-foot ceilings
and many large windows to make things bright and cheery. All of these spacious
home floor plans include two bedrooms, a kitchen, two full baths, living
room with dining area, sun porch, and attached garage. You may also customize
your home with a fireplace, den, or other optional features. We invite
you to take a virtual tour of a cottage home.
One of the advantages of living at St. Andrews Village Retirement Community is that we offer a carefree lifestyle. The monthly fee covers:
At St. Andrews Village Retirement Community, cottages are purchased on a cooperative basis. Residents purchase a share of stock in the St. Andrews Village Association, representing the value of their new home. Shareholders continue to receive the full tax benefits of home ownership.
St. Andrews Village cottage shareholders contribute a monthly fee covering
services designed to give the freedom to enjoy carefree retirement living
in New England at its fullest.
When residents move from their cottages, their stock is sold by St. Andrews
Village Retirement Community at a price reflecting the current market value.
Residents receive the proceeds of the sale, less an 8% refurbishing and
resale fee, within 30 days of the sale.

"We are so glad that we did this in our 70's when we could really
appreciate everything. People wait too long and then can't enjoy all
that is offered. We love our neighbors and all the new friends we've
made. The worries that have just gone away...no more shoveling and when
we want, we just close the door and go."

"We had 22 + acres to take care of and it just got to be too much and
we've met such nice people. We're very happy we made the move when
we did".
G and P
"It was a big move but we have never regretted the choice we made. We're
close to family and this really feels like home. The community is so nice and
the staff does so much to make sure that we are happy. Sure, some have gone
and now there are others but they still treat us the same, so somebody's
doing something right ".
